Sympton

Some common causes of dark circles under the eyes are fatigue, lack of sleep, allergies, smoking, sun exposure and genetics. Dark circles under the eyes can be puffy and possibly blur vision. The dark circle is an indication that enough oxygen is not reaching the tissues of the body. In some rare cases, lack of vitamins can cause dark circles under the eyes. This is relatively uncommon. Nevertheless, if you're not eating a balanced healthy diet, you may see dark circles. And sometimes changing to a more healthy diet can help to
diminish those dark circles.

Natural Remedies for Dark Circles and Puffy Eyes.

 Natural Remedies for Baggy Eyes

This is why I went in search of something that was cheaper and more natural and widely
available.  I have listed below the ones that I found worked both quickly and were easy and quick to do.  I am also like you a busy person so I can't spend hours making up weird concoctions and then making numerous applications every day.

Sleep
You need to get at least eight hours of sleep a day.  Even if you can't sleep for the full eight hours, at least go to bed and be resting.  I can't tell you the difference this makes after about a month.

Water
This was one I refused to believe but it absolutely works.  We dehydrate much
quicker than we think and drinking water regularly really helps the body with that
replenishing process. You will here people say you have to drink litres of the stuff
but that is not the case.  I try where possible to drink between 6 and 10 beer glasses
of water each day and that is plenty.

Lemon Juice
Be careful with this one ok!  You have been warned.  This is a great natural remedy for dark circles but never get the lemon juice in your eyes.  Close your eyes, keep them closed and apply the lemon juice with a make-up pad.  Then rest for about 5 minutes and slowly open your eyes until you are certain all traces have gone.

Almond Oil
I apply this every weekend and have found a lot of benefit by doing this.
Many people refer to almond oil as skin oil.  I don't really care what it is called I
just know it works well for me.

How does one remove dark circles under eyes ?

  1.  Fatigue/depression, Food Defienciency, Lack of sleep, Lack of water drinking,
  2. Iron Defieciency,Lack of Vitamic A, K, E and C., Sun Over Exposer.
  3. Drink plenty of water to combat dehydration.
  4. Wear at least SPF 30 sunscreen to prevent more sun damage.
  5. Get enough sleep.
  6. Leave cold teabags, cucumber or potato slices, or washcloths with ice cubes on eyes for 15 minutes regularly.
  7. Take iron supplements if anemic, but consult your doctor first.
  8. Identify the allergens and avoid them. Whether it be pollen, food, whatever,
  9. avoidance is the best solution to this. And avoid rubbing your eyes.

What are Puffy Eyes

Puffy eyes are a condition where the eyes begin swelling due to different factors. The skin around the eyes is very thin and is full of blood vessels which make it very sensitive. Usually puffy eyes will go away after a little bit of time or some treatments done at home. However, puffy eyes are also symptoms of other eye conditions that may require examination by an eye care professional. In cases where puffy eyes are severe and persistent or are accompanied by pain, discomfort, blurry vision, or other conditions, an optometrist should be contacted about the problem.
